Shoot label
Meng & Ecker—the last heroes. On Shoot Yer Load the 'boys'—courtesy of Happy Mondays and Primal Scream—tell of a boastful E-Rock-Tic hand job, sung with all their usual good taste and gusto. LaVern Baker's Bumble Bee gets a sample. The flip, the equally impressive Golden Showers, by the same singers, makes this a double sider.

Reviews

"The Manchester monsters unleash more appetisers on an unsuspecting public. Nobody will stock this label so you'll have to pester them at 456 WILMSLOW ROAD, WITHINGTON, MANCHESTER, M20 3BG if you want any of these juicy items.

The debut single from Meng & Ecker the dynamic cartoon duo who ensure no airplay by repeating words like motherfucker and cocksucker and of course the title alone ensures the disc comes to a heady climax.

Girly voices and dance beat, even sneaking a phrase from LaVern Baker's Bumble Bee and a piccy of LB graces the label. Flip over for a nice MOR thang in Golden Showers. OK so the girl's admittedly got a Problem, she wants to piss in your mouth and actually I got that arse upwards she wants YOU to piss in HER mouth. It's all good dirty fun and I wouldn't argue either."

TREVOR FAULL, Outlet

"How a pair of comic book characters can record a record I don't know, but here they are. This is raunchy dance rock. You can move to it, and it is catchy and contageous, but I doubt that it will get a lot of airplay!"
